Has anyone ever made these from scratch? I would like to try this but as with the crumpets I need rings to cook them in. Curses on the people who decided tuna fish cans only need to open on one end...
|
I've made them and they are much better than what you get at the gro.
http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/a...ipe/index.html The above link is to Food Network's Alton Brown's recipe. It is the BEST. AND EASY! If for some reason you can't get to this site pm me and I'll get you the recipe. |
Thank you!! I will be trying these soon :D:D:D

Hi,
I am new to the QB. This is my first reply. I make EM all the time. They are a family favorite. I am attaching my recipe. You don't need a tuna can, a large round cookie cutter will do the trick. |
I am going to have to try these, I love English muffins and eat them most mornings for breakfast
|
I had a recipe for english muffin loaf many years ago. I loved it, but have lost it. You baked it in a regular bread pan and it came out just like english muffins..... I will find it again.....
|
thanks!
