I have resized my pictures to a downloadable size, so that is not the problem. When I add the text there is no icon above the message box that looks like a framed picture. I tried attaching photos and no luck so my post was deleted. Can someone take me through step by step and how to have that picture frame icon appear above the message box? Thanks in advance.

if you do not have the tree icon, go to settings, general settings, and scroll way down. choose WYSIWYG and be sure to save your settings

Above where you type the text, the inset picture icon is a tiny framed picture of a teeny tiny tree. If you don't have that follow QuiltnNan's instructions in settings. I can only post pictures from my iPad.
