I’m getting so tired of these ads popping up constantly while I’m trying to read the posts n when I answer a post. I might have to quit this board bc of that

It isn’t just here, unfortunately. But you’re right, what a bother

I use Adblock plus on Firefox and don't see them. Advertisers are shooting themselves in the foot. I do see small, static ads at the top of the page for quilt patterns.

For me it was the yellow teeth and jiggling bellies ads that drove me into the arms of an adblocker.

The pop up ads that disrupt my posting and reading are driving me crazy. It’s getting so bad I rush through a post just so I can finish it before I get redirected. If i wasn’t active in swaps, I would look for a new board.

What systems and browsers are you using? I don't get them on a PC with FF but had them last week on ipad w/Safari.

This is also what I use for the quiltingboard (and most everything else). I have tried closing the app, restarting the iPad........etc. etc. I would not mind the ads so much if I could be “released” from the ad. The Amazon ad is the WORST!!!!!!!!!!! Makes me glad I never have bought anything from Amazon!!!!! Guess who I am NOT going to buy from in the future!!
