Thumbs up after much trouble posting-finally fixed-see how---

After so much trouble posting on this board, quitting it for a couple of months, and missing it, I finally got Mozilla Firefox installed as was suggested here, and so far, NO PROBLEMS!!!! IE just wasn't working! Thanks to all of you who suggested it, and to Patrice for her help. My only problem now, is I am again, spending too much time (but enjoying it!) on the board, and not enough time at my sewing machine!! I know many of you have complained about the same problems-so you might give Firefox a try.

Glad you got it working. It's great here and yes we can spend lots of time surfing the board and not sewing. I do it instead of reading quilting magazines. Helps to justify it in my peabrain.

I looked at the Foxfire site & it said "this type of file could harm your computer". What's up with that? I was nervous about downloading it then.

What does Foxfire do? I put comments in but never see them show up. I'm a very frustrated QB user.

Pat G

it's FireFox ... not FoxFire

Here's the link you want to download free FireFox.

http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/

I've tried the board on Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, Chrome, and FireFox. By far Firefox is the best for viewing and has the least problems/errors that seem to accompany the others.
