Sorry if this is in wrong place... But when I uploaded picture to my avatar why did it change and go side ways and how do you fix it so it's right? In my picture folder it is the right direction and I uploaded it directly so???? This is the first time I have had that happen.

I've seen a lot of pictures sideways or upside down lately. Usually people say they are posted from their tablet or phone that turns the pictures when you turn the tablet/phone. At least, I think that's the problem. How do you tell the direction the picture is when the tablet moves it around all the time.

I know that you can change the avatar so perhaps you can play around with that until you figure it out. Sorry I'm not much help.

You might need to resize it too. That might make a difference.

I wish all our avatar pics were larger, or at least would enlarge if we click on them. Hey Patrice????

Aarrggghhh! I just wish I could get a picture to load! Finally got one within the required size limits, but it gets rejected. Not very good anyway - mostly just my nose!

it's my understanding that the pictures show here in the direction they were taken. my camera takes an upright picture with the rectangular shape going side to side with the clicker on the right. if your device always shows it as right side up, that doesn't mean that it will post here right side up.

It was taken on an ipad?

I will try again that makes since, I believe I took it up and down, will keep trying

I for one would like to click on someones Avatar to see it full blown to see their work I love seeing the little pictures but would love it even more if I could ask what pattern it was or ask for a tutorial on how to make it.
