Is there a section for free offers? I used to have the best luck here finding new homes for excess fabrics, notions, tools, books, etc. I'm having trouble warming up to the new format so I may have missed an explanation somewhere or that section just isn't showing up for me. Thanks.

it's right where it has always been.
in this new format, it's actually easier to find the different sections.
just click on the "Forums" drop-down list on the top menu bar.
if you explore more, you will very likely find many things you like more.
