if you pull up the QB Help Center forum, you will see many, many threads that talk about loading pictures. start with the ones at the top of the forum with stickies.

Sorry, I could never do it from my computer, just my iPad. If you go to the picture section of QB, there are several "stickies" at the top of that section that have suggestions.
