Are you able to open this file? Print it out if you need to, hopefully it will be able to walk you through it.

Above your post you will see Thread Tools. Click on it and then in the popup box choose Subscribe to this Thread. When the next page comes up you will see Folders, click on the little triangle which will show you the choices. Choose Bookmarks and then click on the blue Add Subscription box.
