I got a PM from a spammer. How do I report this to Admin? Thanks for any help.

I would send a private message to any admin. PatriceJ or QuiltnNan.

You can add any mod or admin to the PM and he/she will take care of your spammer

i got a few reports about this spammer.
it's been taken care of.

the most efficient way to report a questionable post or PM is to use the "report" icon.
it's the little triangle with the exclamation mark.
you'll find that in the brown bar under the comment post or PM text.
just click on that icon to start the report - which will go automatically to all moderators and to me.

thanks to all who sent in reports.

I don't think I've ever even noticed that "report" icon.

I never knew about that "report" icon either, but the moderators do such a great job that I've never wanted to alert them to a post. Thanks for pointing it out to us, PatriceJ. Good to know it's available just in case.

Thank you PatriceJ. I got one of those messages in my personal messages this morning and was wondering how to report. One of the things I like about QB is how clean it is. Thanks for your vigilance in keeping it this way.

Thank you PatriceJ. How do I delete this spam message and also another one who is listed as an unauthorized visitor?

What I found interesting is that I got 2 spam messages (2 different users) in the past 24 hours. Both showed up in an email notficiation that I had new messages. But there are no new messages in my QB inbox. I assume because the spammer was "dealt with" the messages were deleted.
