I Am Logged Out Shortly After I Log In

I log in to the QuiltingBoard and decide to respond to a post. Once I write the text and hit enter, text appears telling me I am not permitted to perform the action. So I have to copy my text, refresh the page, and log in again. It happens almost every time I try to respond to a post. It is maddening. Any tips?

There's a block that I clicked that says keep me logged in. It was right under where you put your name and password. Have you clicked on it before you log in?

Barb, I was hopeful when I read your solution, but unfortunately there is no such box when I log in. There are two ways to log in and both myself and my husband looked for the box you mentioned but it wasn't there.

You will need to click in the box to the left of >> Remember Me?
and it will put a check mark in that box, Then you can click "Login"
As indicated by the red circles in the image below.

Thank you Janey. I logged in after I checked the remember me box. Hopefully this will solve the issue. I haven't been on the Quilting Board very often over the last couple of years, but I don't remember having this issue before. Thank you so much for your help. And thank you to Barb also.

Glad I could help. I like pictures along with descriptions to help me see where things are.
