Go to top and click settings. On left side you'll see edit avatar. Click and see for further instructions. You'll have to upload the picture. Make sure that your picture file is not too large. If you have paint, or something similar like photoshop, you can check your picture (pixels). Somewhere around 250-300 is fine.

Sorry, I just looked. They only want 120 pixels. (not 25-300) as I said above. Again, if you have paint, open picture in paint. Click resize (choose pixels, not size) click 120 and save. This will be what you will be downloading to have your avatar.
