KalamaQuilts----This setting refers to the number of replies in a single thread. (mine is set at max 40). I am referring to the number of threads in a forum group like main, chit chat, pictures or whats new....That maximum is 25( and I don't know where to adjust its setting). If that 25 is clogged with games you have to hit the change page button more often. I want that one changed to "see all".

I do not click on the game threads, but have no issue with them in the 'General" category.

I actually am happy to see that there are so many games as it has been shown that keeping our minds alert, through play, music, art, dance, games etc, delays the onset of dementia and reduces the initial severity. Encouraging all of us to keep our minds fit and active is important.

The math skills, geometry etc, we use in quilting also helps keep us alert.

I have seen this request come up several times, however, it has always been denied. Maybe it would help if more members actually participated in the "chit-chat" portion of this Forum. Does anyone know if the Administrators have ever given a reason as to why the separation of the two subjects has been denied? If so, could you/would you share this information? Please know, I am not trying to start a war, I am just curious.

I wish there was a separate place for games too.

Yes, too many games to sift through. A seperate page would be most helpful.

a separate section for games would be inappropriate.
we are not a game site.
we are a quilting board.
