I can't figure out what has happened. Yesterday everything was fine. Today, all messed up. I am all of a sudden always logged out. I've never logged out. I try accessing from my daily digest on my email & am logged out. Used the 5 tries...sent for new password...got it...resubmitted new password (it now works for logging in--I am not happy with having to change it I thought it would be ok from there. Went back to my email & clicked on the link to come to QB (like I always do) & am logged out again! What is going on here? I'm very frustrated... I even turned off the computer for a couple hours. Back on & same problem. Now, I know as I post this, once I get out of here & go back to email & try to link to the week's worth of digests I am trying to catch up on, it will log me off again! Anyone having the same problem? It is extremely frustrating.............

Now, all of a sudden I'm working...but I think it is on my new password change. I really didn't want it changed, & can't be sure, cuz it doesn't show it except in dots. I don't want to have to go through this again..........

Staying logged in to QB for me is considered a Cookie. My antivirus removes Cookies so I always sign in and out.

You have to hit "remember me" don't you after you get your password?

I did remember to hit it...I guess that's why it works now. But I'm not quite sure what my password is now. Oh, well, I'm on normally now...so will cross that bridge when it comes. I still don't know what happened originally.
