I'm all for change as long as it is moving forward and user friendly. I do not like the "new" QB format at all. I've gotten on here several times and still find it cumbersome, therefore I do not get on here as much as I used to (sometimes daily). I especially do not like opening a new window every time you open a thread to look at pictures etc. I think this was too much change all at once. I'm on computers everyday so it's not like I'm inexperienced. I will continue to try to get the hang of this because I have always enjoyed the QB.

I am sorry you are having problems. There is always a learning curve. Have you read all of the instructions That Patrice has done? Let me know what's wrong, maybe I can help.

there's a lot here that's new and worth exploring with an open mind.
most everything under the Home tab is arranged and works almost the same way it used to.
definitely keep an eye on the QB Help Center. that's where we post newly developed Help Docs and where members have posted oodles of threads to share their own tips and tricks.
