Okay you can get the post done but can't get the picture well here is what you do. Add your title and comments Do Not submit yet just scroll down to Additional options on the left you will see Attachments and to the right of that you should see a BLUE box that is Manage attachments now click on that box. Another box pops up where you can browse your computer get your picture and upload it. After upload is done close that window scroll down and click on submit new thread Hope this helps
