I try to keep abbr. way down. I have enough in real estate to deal with such as RESPA, NAR, TAR etc. and much more. I ask my son often about the text and FB acronyms. Could not figure out what 'smh' meant.

A few years ago when I would email my daughter and g.kids I would shorten words. she asked me to spell out the words or else her children would not know how to spell.
Well I reminded her of this a few weeks ago as her children are now older, with cell phones and they text. I can hardly understand what they are trying to tell me ha. |
