I Am Logged Out Shortly After I Log In
 

I log in to the QuiltingBoard and decide to respond to a post. Once I write the text and hit enter, text appears telling me I am not permitted to perform the action. So I have to copy my text, refresh the page, and log in again. It happens almost every time I try to respond to a post. It is maddening. Any tips?

There's a block that I clicked that says keep me logged in. It was right under where you put your name and password. Have you clicked on it before you log in?

Barb, I was hopeful when I read your solution, but unfortunately there is no such box when I log in. There are two ways to log in and both myself and my husband looked for the box you mentioned but it wasn't there. https://cdn.quiltingboard.com/images/smilies/frown.png

You will need to click in the box to the left of >> Remember Me?
and it will put a check mark in that box, Then you can click "Login"

Thank you Janey. I logged in after I checked the remember me box. Hopefully this will solve the issue. I haven't been on the Quilting Board very often over the last couple of years, but I don't remember having this issue before. Thank you so much for your help. And thank you to Barb also.

I just wanted to give an update and say that your suggestion fixed my problem. Thanks again for your help.
