I can't work out how to post a picture

Hi..I've posted pictures before but not for a long time. Now, I want to post another one and I'm having trouble.

I don't see the icons so that I can select the 'image' icon that allows me to search my computer to post my picture. I have no icons at all when I type my message. It's just a plain box. Is it a setting somewhere that I have to change?

Thanks

i can't even find out how to start my own thread right now! but, think about this: reply to your own message, and there you should find the picture icon. i guess it might be cheating, but maybe someone has more knowledge than i do about this.

When you go to the "Start a New Thread" button if you scroll down to where it says "Manage Attachments" If you click on that you should get another pop up window with 2 spots use the one says "Browse"--this will take you looking thru your computer once you find your photo click on the "Upload"button its blue. It will work for a bit then it will show up in green words a few lines below where you uploaded it, you can then just close that window and post and everything should be in your post.

Hope this helps more than it confuses

Merry Christmas

Yes you need to change your settings if you only see a plain box:
go to "Settings" in the upper right corner of this screen
On the next screen, look for My Account and click on "General Settings"
On the next screen, scroll down to Miscellaneous Options and select:
"Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing"
Now your input box will have all the options.

Make sure your photos are not too big:
