The new icon for posting pictures is a paperclip https://www.quiltingboard.com/attach...1&d=1578409411 and that is not available in "quick reply". It is located on the toolbar as indicated my the red circle https://www.quiltingboard.com/attach...1&d=1578410184
I think that mobile devices might not have that option available right now.

Be sure to scroll over to the far right and click "Upload"

ETA - I made those links so that they will open in a new tab and will leave the original tab so that you do not have to click the "back" arrow. Actually, if you click the "attached images" at the bottom of this post, you will have to use the back arrow to get back.

I know how much I went through to figure out how to post a picture on my desktop so I fully understand. You, or your tech support person, might be helped by https://www.quiltingboard.com/8348466-post8.html It looks like some others are having trouble, too.

I'm going to piggy back on to your thread & see if I can post a picture from my PC. Here goes the try. This is a baby quilt I made a few years back from a Peanuts panel with minky on the front & back. Yay! it worked!!!

it works but I had to type my message then go to advanced settings (right next to submit) to preview the post, then attach the file there. You might try that with the iPad.

I got a little chuckle over this.... in the old format, the pic was always lost if you clicked on preview!!! So glad it worked for you.

I was able to get the paper clip to open and I chose a photo from my computer and then I could not find a place that says upload. Where is that?
