What can I do - getting logged out
 

I have to log in every time I visit QB and I wonder why. I check “remember me” but it doesn’t help. This started all of a sudden. A few years ago I had same issue, then it mysteriously corrected. I’m getting my password memorized this way ha ha.

hmmm, I'm still in. Do you turn your computer off daily? Perhaps it is that.

Are you using the same browser you have in the past? I think that Firefox clears all the cookies when you close the browser. Don't know if other browsers do that. I also have a cleaner that is run when I turn on the computer and use some other times as well.

If you are getting logged out even when checking the "remember me" box, this is an indicator that your cookie file for the site is no longer functioning and it needs to be deleted so a new one may be created.
