Question What happened to General Quilting Board Community Rules

What happened to the "General Quilting Board Community Rules"? Granted I haven't looked for them for a while, but I wanted to find this morning. I couldn't find them anywhere. I know they used to be posted in the Help section and also in the Vintage section.

It is mind blowing to me how an "edit" can change the meaning of something so much.
