I really have to finish some UFO's and since I found a few more in a box I started this morning. Last year I won a facebook contest, got a gift card and purchased a Sweet Pea embroidery design. The wall hanging was waiting for a binding......but as I started embroidering after Christmas I wasn't in a hurry. I found it in the mentioned box... Now it's finished!

I've been working on a WH that needed mitered borders that wouldn't go. After sewing and ripping for 2 days I figured out the problem. Then I cheated, finished is better than perfect is becoming my mantra.

Thanks Wannabee!!

Mitered corners can be a PITA Glad you figured it out! Cheating is always allowed, it's your project and you decide.

Didn't start and stop an accurate 1/4 inch. Refused to redo, had to handstitch part of one corner.

Thanks OK! Next UFO almost finished, only need to sew the binding. It was a flimsy waiting to be quilted. Will post a picture once finished.
