Oh sew cute....I've used a double needle for quilting before...it's a slick way to quilt. I used it in a large 9P across the diagonal of the blocks creating an "X".

It won't load the other quilt picture for some reason but maybe it will when I am finished with it.

So cute & looks so easy for quick donating quilt...what size are your squares & strips?

VickiM - the blocks are 4" and the strips are 4X5.75 and 4X7.5 for the inside, 1inch strips of solid color border, 4 inch print border just cut off the extra pieces. Here is another one that I finished a while ago and there is an optional strip of fabric in there. I like the other one better.

Thank you...I like them both so will probably make both ways. I see lots of donation quilts using this pattern.:)

I like the narrow brown border and it repeated in the binding...finished off the quilt nicely!

Love your wallhanging Judy. Are your corner blocks paper pieced?

I haven't posted in awhile as I was busy creating more UFO's...lol. Declared July as a no new start month...only finishes. Will post some pics soon as I have made good progress. I'm almost done with a quilt that has taken me 4 years to finish....binding going on now......yippee!
