giquilt....well done.

I've been playing with my precut collection...but, also, spent some time cutting up scraps in precut sizes I collect for future projects. I had a bunch of one inch strips from last quilt so I think I'm going to do some 9P and practice mini blocks. Never done a 9P this tiny so we'll see how I do..

Mini 2" 9P....Only 1091 more to go....lol!!! Not! And people make them smaller than this? Yeesh... Think I'll just make a mini quilt and donate my 1" strips to someone...lol

Many years ago when I discovered eBay, I bought 5 (five) large priority mail boxes full (FULL) of one inch strips. Insane. So I took most of the pink ones and sewed them WOF and made this for my pink bedroom.

Those sure are cute little 9 patches Teen.

I try not to work with anything smaller then 1.5". But, as much as it is hard on my hands....lol....I do enjoy working with the tiny pieces. It's nice to play tiny and try out different patterns. My new mantra, not every quilt needs to be bed size. Sometimes littles satisfy the desire to try something new. Plus, I have a super big bag of batting scraps that I'm trying to work my way through.

Battle Axe, what a wonderful work of art! How long did it take to make this beauty?

Oh Lordy, Battleaxe.... I'm exhausted just looking at that beautiful strip quilt. Amazing work.

I threw away the cut off part from snowballs today. The squares were only 2 1/4", so the pieces were small, but it still seemed like I should have done something with them. Oh, well, they didn't go to stash.
