How is your quilt going, SBG? No postings or comments for a while. Time for an update. :) We are al looking over your shoulder wishing we were nearing the end on our Burgoyne Surrounded quilt.

Hi WMUT, I'm nowhere near the end of my B.S. quilt, either! I have only the 8 blocks made so far. I have a few more cut out, but I've set that aside to work on some other UFOs. I will get back to it, tho, one day soon.

Glad to know someone else gets sidetracked by other projects from time to time!

Been trying to upload some more BS blocks, but for some reason the board rejects my photos as "invalid". They are the same as I have been posting for years! Not sure what is going on...

That is weird and frustrating for you. I just tried to up load something and it worked. Did you by chance save your photo in another format than "jpeg"? I know from time to time I will get rejected if the a photo is not "jpeg" or one of the accepted formats. Keep at it you will figure it out.

It is time to see your next steps toward finishing this UFO. FYI: a few weeks ago I was watching Jeopardy and the answer to one of the questions was something about Burgoyne and the battle illustrated by the block you were making. I felt so brilliant when I knew the answer. Who knew that quilting would lead to a correct Jeopardy answer!

Ha! Yes, who knew? We are quilting and keeping history alive at the same time.

I have never had trouble uploading pics here before, and I've uploaded a zillion of them. Something has changed, and it wasn't me.
