Here is a peak at my assembled top. I used 85 blocks, plus 84 alternate blocks with 3" centers. Ended up about 82 x 82 so that is a good size.

Oh, my! That is truly spectacular, and I've never seen a setting like that with smaller blocks. Wonderful!

Wonderful, Macybaby! I have never used a bold background fabric but, I love the look!

I completed my HJ at retreat this weekend! Sorry for the poor picture quality, I'm a terrible photographer. Thanks Dotty for hosting this and I'm enjoying seeing the beautiful results.

Dotty, I haven't gotten very far constructing my sashing pieces, so I still have a long way to go, too.
