i finished something for us for a change...around here is like the mechanic with the broken down car in the yard...i never get around to making stuff for our house (a couple windows still have pieces of fabric tacked over them because i still havent' made curtains---been here 3 years)
but i made a wool table topper for our new kitchen table! going to try to put a pic in the pictures ;) |

I am in on this one. Mine is going to be a scrappy Christmas fabric quilt. IF I don't need them on my rug I am beginning this week.

Sorry to hear that. We don't have many of the devastating weather up here like a lot of you do. I think it would probably scare me half to death if we did.

Hey, I moved to Oregon because its so beautiful and an awsome place. Rain is a good thing, and tornados and all that are too scary. We went on an RV trip back east and while in Florida there was a tornado warning. We didn't get hit but other areas around us were. Much scarier than rain. :)

Paper piecing is the best way I know of to use up scraps. all most any size of scrap can be used. Maybe even try a Mariner's compass. It is way easier than it looks when you paper piece it.
