Welcome all!

We will be making scrappy Double Irish Chain quilts! Here is some helpful info so you can plan accordingly.

Baby/youth size: 50" square
12 scrappy blocks
13 background blocks
2 yards minimum background fabric

Full size: 70" x 90"
32 scrappy blocks
31 background blocks
4 yards minimum background fabric

King size: 90" x 110"
50 scrappy blocks
49 background blocks
5 1/2 yards minimum background fabric

Please keep in mind this does not include any borders you choose to add.

Please explain what to do at Quick Links to get this thread to come up. I'm going to do RW&B with some gold thrown in. I was given a bunch of 2.5 inch squares in these colors.

oooh! Another scrappy for me to add to the ones I'm already doing this year.

Joining! I will be working on a green and orange quilt with shamrocks. I previously made one but over cut fabrics so i will be making another one.
