This is a quilt for grandson (#8) who's 18mon. but I started it over a year ago & just got tired of it. The ladders on the firetrucks about ended any PP I ever wanted to try!

I did finish piecing together and quilting one side of my duvet, last night. I stitched it to a piece of muslin, so the raw edges of the blocks, won't be rubbing on the comforter, when I put it in and take it out. Now onto the other side. Iron fabric, cut, sew...

Could someone explain to me what a UFO is? Can anyone maybe post a picture?

It only means UnFinished Object: ie. any project that you have started and put aside for whatever reason. We have decided to encourage one another to work on and finish one project that we have set aside each month.

Thank you Wildyard. Can you tell me also what a DH is? I am new and I am desperately trying to catch on to the accronyms.

LOL As a rule DH means dear or darling husband. But there are occasions when the D can have other meanings, if you get my drift. LOLOL...
If you click search at the top of the page, and look up abbreviations, or initials, or something like that, you will find a thread where all these acronyms are explained. Except, maybe, a few we make up as we go. Smiles, hugs and happy quilting. And welcome to the board!!!

Thanks! I had the husband part right on DH but my other word was well, let's just not type it. LOL Thanks for letting me know where to look for explanations. I do not have any UFOs since I just started. I have collected way to much material.
