asimplelife--great job on your projects and finishing UFOs!!

I haven't done so well with UFOs since school started (I homeschool). In the last couple weeks I have started and finished some small projects for gifts though so at least there are no new ones. :)

Congrats on the finishes ladies. I just love seeing these quilts to get other ideas to use up some of my leftover scraps, yep, there are lots of those in my stash.

Carriem, congrats on finishing the little ones as well. THey need done and it helps to get the big ones done if you do the little ones, makes a nice break from all the work.

Here is the other Oct finish I could not show you until daughter opened for birthday. I snuck it under her nose. It hid under mys ewing room so she could not count it against me in my tally. Was so fun to hide it from her. The backing is minkee in orange as well. This is from the Boom 7 swap blocks last year.

Look how happy she is w/it!!! Great job!

Our group was called Boom 7 Fire and it was ironic that it matched the fabric I mailed out. The orange fire was the one all had to use. I still have a couple of blocks left that I am going to make into pilllows for her for Christmas using the last of the minkee fabric on the back of them. Robert made me some embroidery tinkerbells, but now I cant find them. See what I get for planning to far in advance.

Love the bright colors in your Boom 7 quilt QuilterMomma. And, always the best part of all when your quilt is loved by it's recipient!
