Most adorable baby "steeler" quilt. Any fan would love to have this for their baby.

I love the pattern and colors you used. Beautiful.

You're all doing so well! I'm at a complete stop. I have 3 machines and can't use any of them: Janome is broke; Featherweight needs oil and I can't find it; I need instruction book to do anything with new 201 - and I can't find that either. Erm - maybe I should start by tidying my sewing room!

lol, maybe. (sheepish look) I did that too before I could begin crafting in the new year.

Going on a short quilt retreat this coming weekend. Hoping to complete a couple of UFO's.
1. Snowman wallhanging
2. sons skull quilt
bringing a 3rd one to work on but won't get it finished.
I will post pictures of success :)

I did not get much done yet this week. Still at a standstill. I finished that table runner and then nothing. I taught yesterday and showed my two class demos that are called UFOs. Cut one up so can finish it and the other just needs sewed and the borders are sitting out in garage with backing. I am doing swap blocks that I committed to so after those, will get busy.

I haven't worked on any sewing this week but I am working on getting the sewing room cleaned up and organized, I having started with taking all my fabric off the shelves and folding them onto cards so they will stand up on the shelves, hopefully I can finish that this weekend and start sewing on UFO's this week. I will post b4 and after pictures of my fabric tonight after I finish

I have a good friend who is more of a perfectionist than I and once in a while she sends her half-finished, unwanted UFO's to me. So here is one that I only had to add the binding to and now it is done. I think I will donate it to the local Assisted Living Center next winter for a wall hanging.

Forever Quilted

It's titled Forever Quilted because it took me forever to quilt it! LOL It is a reverse applique and has been 14 years in the making. One of those projects you carry everywhere and maybe do 30 minutes work on it and put it away - well, that's how long it takes of those 30 minutes - 14 years. Anyway, it's finished, totally hand quilted.

Should have titled my Forever Quilted as January UFO. The back sure didn't picture up too well. Will have to practice on that as I do want to enter this in some shows this year.
