LydiaAlicia I just love your scrappy with the sting blocks and square in a square did you have a pattern? And will you share the name?
Macbaby I also like you quilt on # 203 but could you explain a little more about the 3.5 squares? Thanks.

Hate to say this but I so love scraps. I have them somewhat separated into strips and squares or what is big enough for squares and what I call snips and my half square triangles are separate. I seem to love sewing with scraps more than cutting fabrics and I think it is because I have hand and arm issues and struggle with cutting. Love, love, love scraps! I am in folks.

I started cutting on some Christmas fabric left over from stockings I made a few years ago. I’m going to use the red & green for strips around some cardinal & snowmen fabric to try out the ‘Round the Twist pattern. It may be a very small wall hanging because I only have a fat quarter of the cardinals.

I dumped out my batik scrap box onto the floor. It's about a 10 year collection of leftovers. Had to dump it out to rummage through it and really see what's there.

There is actually a lot of useable fabric in this pile. Started an all scrap batik quilt.

Way to go Gail! It’s amazing how those scraps build up. Looking forward to seeing your quilt.

Mrs Finch: Great way to use up scraps. I really like that green with the scrappy rectangles.

Everyone's scrappys are beautiful. Macybaby what the name of the pattern for the first quilt? The one with the black or navy blue back ground.
