Thank you Rhonda, Patrice for all your work in putting together the contest. Wow and thank you to everyone who voted me best pattern. My motivation for the horse block pattern was "I'll Have Another" Who was running for the Triple Crown. As we now know he was retired and was not able to run the last race so no triple Crown. I named my block "Not Just Another" I love watching Race Horses they are so very beautiful and when I sat down to sketch my block design a horse of course was the first image to come to mind. Thank you all again. This is the first quilt anything I have entered or won and Im going to frame this block for my sewing room.
    Have an awesome day!

Congratulations to all!! They were all wonderful blocks, it was one of the hardest contests I've seen yet on QB.
May your stitches always be straight, your seams always lie flat, and your grain never be biased against you.

Congratulations winners! They are wonderful blocks and it must have been hard to pick from all of the other wonderful blocks that were submitted.

The colors are lovely in all blocks. Especially I loved the horse block, the colors, the pattern, everything, and I am not really into horses. I do enjoy watching shows featuring the horses and backgrounds of most western movies. Again "Ms First Timer", my congradulations.
