I took your suggestion about the chocolate chips and it was awesome. I put the batter into a coffee mug and just dropped the chips on top, and they didn't sink. Talk about frosting on the cake. It was great. Next time, I will add a few nuts.

I almost forgot to say that I subbed 1 tablespoon of whipping cream for 1 tablespoon of water. Just made it a little richer and less healthy. lol

Default 123 cake

Does it matter if it is a one step or the other angle food cake mix??? I haven't bought one for a long time but they use to have a one step and then another one

I WILL have to try this

QUOTE=Airwick156;4608236]3-2-1 Cake
These individual little cakes are amazing and ready to eat in one (1) minute!!!
Ingredients:
1 box Angel Food cake mix
1 box regular cake mix....any flavor
2 T. water

Instructions:
(1) In a large ziplock bag, dump the 2 cake mixes and mix well together.
``
(2) For each individual cake serving, take out 3 T. of the mix and combine with 2 T. water in a small microwave-safe container.
``
(3) Microwave this on HIGH for 1 minute and ENJOY!!
``
(4) Keep remaining mix in bag for a quick treat.
``
(5) Try different combinations but remember....1 of the mixes HAS to be angel food cake mix.
What a WONDERFUL thing. I never heard of such a recipe and I am VERY excited to try it. Thank you so very much for posting. I am a food controlled type 2 diabetic so this is perfect for a little treat without going overboard. I am sure MANY people will appreciate it.
