    Amba

Anyone use amba - it is a mango pickle used in Indian and middle east cooking. I know I won't make it myself - wondering if anyone knows what brands are good.

Wow, I guess one can pickle almost anything. I can't eat mangoes but I love pickles.

It wasn't called amba, but I'd eaten and made pickled green mangoes while living in Hawaii.
