I missed the cabbage soup diet, but I love cabbage soup. I substitute tortillas for bread when I make grilled cheese sandwiches (I put chicken in with my cheese) and add a bit of salad for a low cal meal (corn tortillas add a nice flavor).

This is for a salad; Mix together 1 large can crushed pineapple drained, 1 small box sugar-free jello[any flavor], 1 container of sugar-free coolwhip, and small container of cottage cheese and nuts if you like them. chill and enjoy

Thanks for reminding me of this salad. I have made it before it is very yummy.

A good snack for dieting is two chocolate graham crackers with Cool whip for filling. Freeze and have a tasty mock ice cream sandwich. To enjoy a better way of eating you will have prepare and cook good whole foods.
