Default Anyone have these bread pans?

Baparoma steam baking master artisan french bread pan. If you find one at a yard sale or thrift shop get it. They are well over $100 new. If a hot crusty loaf of French bread makes you swoon then you will want these pans. I use mine twice a week, I have two, bought when they were about $20. The recipe is water, flour, yeast and salt. You'll save enough in bread costs to pay for a new one if you can't find a used one. .

I remember seeing on King Arthur website that they carry those but don't recall the price.

I thought I would just look around for them and Overstock.com has a similar set, although it is not the name brand. https://www.overstock.com/Home-Garde...2/product.html

I'm really thinking about ordering them.

OOPS! Just noticed that it is out of stock. DARN!!!!

Our grocery store makes French and Italian loaves sliced for $1. I can't beat that.

I would LOVE one of those pans, but not at $100! I'll definitely be on the look out!

That is exactly what I was going to say. BUT, does anyone have a good recipe for a garlic spread for garlic toast.

I just can't buy any uni-taskers any more. But it looks delightful.

Miss that crusty bread...most offered now in stores are soft.......but I am not good with anything that calls for yeast! All end up like bowling balls!
