I have been given an abundance of apricots. I have made jam, butter and canned them. Any other ideas???

Wish I was nearer to you. I love apricots.
Have tried puree in the blender then freeze for smoothies?

blend them to high heck , run through a strainer and add to Ice tea.whala Apricot tea . yummy in summertime

Add to lemonade too.

Apricot syrup for pancakes and waffles.
