    Default Beer brined pickles

Have you made or tasted them ? I found a few recipes online I think I’ll try. Our grown up guys get $$ for Christmas but I try to include something like homemade jelly, sugared nuts or party mix in plastic Christmas containers. Need new idea.

I'm not much of a drinker, but it sounds like a fun project. Make a jar for yourself and tell us how they came out.

Everyone i knew made brined pickles when I was growing up. I thought it was the only way to get pickles! got crocks and made my own for three years running, all got composted. I have learned I love Nalleys recipes, but I also love a family potluck because home made pickles always turn up

Your beer pickle idea reminds me of my idea to get my son jalapeno beer that is made by a local small brewery. Supposedly good for sipping while you are cooking on the grill, which he likes to do. Sounded fun to me. He later sent me a text saying that although I appreciate the thought, it is bad! Anyway, it was fun finding the beer and his response made me laugh. Sometimes it is just fun trying these different things!
