Easy and good (even leftovers)

1# ground beef browned with chopped onions. Mix in 1 can refried beans & 1 pkg. taco seasoning & set aside.
Mix 1/2 cup sour cream with 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Put 1/2 in sprayed oven dish.
Completely cover soup mixture with single layer of flour tortillas. Cut to fit, overlap if needed.
Cover tortillas with 1/2 meat/bean mixture
Sprinkle on about 1 cup shredded Mexican style cheese.
Repeat layers again. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350.

Sounds good! Have you tried this recipe with corn tortillas yet? I'll bet that would be a nice substitute for the flour tortillas.
