Oh my yes, don't forget the kiebasa and kiszka. I grew up in a Polish neighborhood and have fond memories of both. Does anyone have a recipe for the kiszka?

We order fresh
kielbasa by the case twice a year from NJ. DH's parents were the first born in America from Poland. He grew up on his grandmother's Polish cooking. I can't pronounce many of the dishes he says she made from the old recipes. His sister sent me many of the recipes but my goodness it takes all day to cook most of them. Most ingredients were made at home, even grated their own horseradish. It is delicious food though! Not many authentic polish delis left in NJ/NYC area now. We do love Taylor ham when we can find it.
