A friend told me that flour tortilla cut into slices make great dumplings. My family likes the thin noodle kind and they didn't notice the difference from my homemade thin dumplings from the cut tortillas, sure saved me a lot of time and mess! I like the biscuit fluffy type dumplings but fast and easy is pretty good too!

nother way my family likes to use (small) tortillas with soup is to cut them in eights, toast them, and eat them as crackers. I will have to try them in the soup. :thumbup:
