    Default Chia Pudding Recipes?

Basic, Chia Pudding is so easy to make. Just throw some chia seeds in some milk and add some sweetener, then let set in the refrigerator overnight. It gets thick and "bubbly" and is similar to tapioca pudding in texture. My favorite way to doll it up is to add some cocoa powder and vanilla...and maybe a little cinnamon. Does anyone else make chia pudding? What are your variations?

The hubby is going to try some of these we just got the chia seeds at Costco last trip for this purpose, I'll see if he will report back.

I think the recipe he wants to use has coconut milk, he was so surprised when I told him we already had that in canned form... We have a variety of ingredients he will be able to use, including cocoa powder and monk fruit sweetener.

The coconut milk sounds good! I also use a monk fruit sweetener, so the calorie count is pretty low. The only thing that has any calories is the almond milk.
