I have made this and it is Good! Of course I add a little extra? nuts, or coconut, chocolate chips. I decided as it is labor intensive, I have some plastic zipper snack bags, that I measured the flour, coco, & sugar in, so when I'm ready all I have to do is dump it in the cup, beat in the egg, then put the water and oil in it and it is ready to cook. Makes great gifts to sell at a bake sale. Buy Christmas cups and put the dry mixture in the zip lock bag and recipe with it. Wrap with plastic wrap and add a bow.

are you kidding - it is over 800 calories the way I figured it.

without the add-ins.

4 tablespoons flour -200

4 tablespoons sugar -192

2 tablespoons cocoa -24

1 egg -63

3 tablespoons milk -23

3 tablespoons oil --375

I make it with unsweetened chocolate and cut the recipe in half.

No-no-no ptquilts. I'm not going off of the made from scratch cake mix - If you'll read - I was talking about the Krusteaz fat free brownie mix only with water. You don't add any egg, milk or anything else.

If I remember - I'll check a box the next time I get one and figure the points with my new WW calculator. The figuring isn't as easy as it used to be. Have a great day!
