Ouch. Pricey there. I would say leave them out but like banana bread, the bananas add some moisture to it so you need it. Hope you can try it soon.

Yummy. sounds good. I ain't waiting till Christmas. Your instructions says to pour in to loaf pans. How many loafs does it make??

I use two. And I wouldn't wait either. LOL
