LOL
now that's funny.. The huge sports bar was duking it out almost with the punk band and I came out with cookies and like the mother hen I am I pulled both sides aside and gave them a talking too. Well mostly the big apes from the Sports Bar..:)

It did not matter if I was short and they were big lugs. I gave each side cookies and packed a lunch for the punk band and they were on their way. Someone saw it all and it was in the newspaper of which I still have a copy of the article.:)

I will always be a mother hen to everyone.:)
Thank-you Linda. Glad the "kids" stopped fighting. Cookies should be sent to the Middle East, just might be a better problem solver than war. Mother hens are always needed everywhere.

You know thats so funny because that is what the newspaper said.. send me and the cookies off somewhere to do some good.:)

I am scratching my head and just wondering because I am very gullible. The cookies sound scrumptious.

I made the cookies and they were very good. I learned a few things, number one, don't put too many cookies on a sheet, number two, fold in the flour with a spoon which I think made a difference, and number three don't cook them too long because they will become hard. My cookies were soft. Thanks for the recipe and you can always teach an old dog new tricks.
