    Default Connie’s Breakfast Bake

Lots of egg bake recipes - but this one is a bit different. It’s good.

in large bowl combine then spread in greased 9x13 pan. Use deep pan or put baking sheet under in case it cooks over.
2 bags hash browns (partially thawed)
    2 cups diced ham
2 cups shredded cheddar (save 1 cup for top)
Chopped onion & green bell pepper, sautéed

Whisk together and pour on potato mixture :
    2.5 cups milk
    4 eggs
1 cup BISQUICK (it’s what makes it different)
    1/4 tsp. salt

Top with remaining cheese. Refrigerate covered at least 4 hours but not over 24 hours.
Uncover and bake 375 for 30 to 35 minutes until light golden at edges.
Let rest 10 minutes. Good with a spoonful of salsa.
(Option - Leave out diced ham and serve with ham on side )

Sounds wonderful, thank you for sharing. I love making these, and not just on holidays, anytime.
