I have been using TVP for over 30 years, my favorite thing is to cook it like it's ground beef, put spices in it and make taco salad. I've served this at ladies luncheons and everyone thinks it's ground beef. I've also used it in stuffed baked potatoes, chili, spaghetti sauce. It's a great substitute for beef, I don't buy the "fake" burgers, I've tried them and they just don't taste good to me.
