Sounds like a great recipe. My husband and I got hooked on the Mrs. Wages dill pickle mix at Wally World. There were several different flavors but the regular dill was our favorite. We didn't even can them just kept the jars in the refrigerator. We ate them that fast.

Mrs. Wages is great stuff ! Anything fermented is supposed to be good for our intestinal health. Our daughter pickles mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, cauliflower, onion). She’s even pickled ring bologna.
