Dessert Bites

I came up with this because I wanted to be able to provide a truly bite sized treat for parties.
All purpose graham cracker crust base:
Box of plain graham crackers
butter, melted
pizza cutter
Carefully cut each cracker into 8 squares (about an inch each)
Dip quickly in melted butter and place on a tinfoil lined cookie sheet
Bake for 9 minutes at 300 degrees. They will not be crisp when they come out of the oven, allow them to cool.
These will stay nice and fresh in a sealed zip top baggie for a few days.
I used a piping bag to top them with different pie combos...a ganache with fresh whipped cream, cheese cake topped with a fresh berrry and the one in the picture is a tart lemon meringue.
